Many Palestinian youth believe that immigration is the best solution for the economic and social problems they face. This film, a Montreal Premiere, explores the experience of some Palestinians, who tried to reach the “dream” of immigration.
“Neither Here Nor There” is a portrayal of the aspirations and frustrations that influence the lives of thousands of young Palestinians refugees in Lebanon. This film will be preceded by a short movie, “Lemonade” that won the golden prize film at Cairo International Film Festival. These films are the product of the project: Palestinian Refugee Children in Lebanon Record their Lives & Express their Hopes. It is the result of cooperation between a team of young refugees, who participated in preparing, shooting and editing.
