“Slingshot Hip Hop is a powerhouse, high energy documentary which weaves together the stories of young Palestinians living in Gaza, West Bank and inside Israel as they discover Hip Hop and employ it as a tool to fight poverty, racism, sexism and Israel’s illegal military occupation. Through music, word and song, Slingshot Hip Hop, tells the story of young people resisting oppression and occupation and crossing borders to break down the very real walls erected to divide them from each other.”
